Lovely, friendly and helpful guys but was only working half days so job took longer than quoted, so there was a lot of wasted materials, apart from that done a good job.

Started ok, ended disappointingly. Initial phone response was promising. Reiss was very busy, understandable. However, so busy was unable to visit and give a quote. I found this odd and uncomfortable as had 3 other people, also busy, juggling jobs who did come and give a quote. Allowed Reiss the benefit of the doubt and sent photos and short video of my garden job, to help him give a quote. As I said would not want any extra surprise costs that took me over my budget and left me stuck. Was assured over phone that would not happen. I informed what dates worked for me and asked Reiss to confirm if worked for him. Didn’t happen. I rang, was told would inform me later same evening. Didn’t happen. I messaged following week if able to do job or not. If not, so may give it to someone else, also as have to organise my family and work around the job. Reply received with new dates. I was willing to go for this and requested a visit before then for peace of mind. No reply. The website pitches jobs to trade that are local to a client, so not that far and plenty of time before job started to visit. Hence disappointing. Busy is good, in balance. However, so busy that trade are unable to attend a client’s house is concerning, either very thinly spread and/or not good with follow through.
