Rob was punctual and very friendly.He examined the job and updated the quote because the unusual parts required.He obtained the parts and quickly changed out the faulty stop tap. He was very tidy and cleaned up at the completion .No hesitation in recommending him to other customers. David Vaughan

This plumber was brilliant. He was very friendly and professional, reasonably priced and tidied up after the work which I didn't expect. He talked through the process of the job with me which I appreciated. He accepted the job online and booked me in without delay. Couldn't recommend him enough! 5 stars. Wonderful customer service. Rob got in touch with me as soon as I posted the job online. All other plumbers in the past have tried but not been able to make sense of the under floor heating in my house, however, Rob is the only one who has been able to work out what is going on. He also worked around me having covid, and stayed in touch with me. Whilst fitting 2 radiators in my living room, he kept me updated throughout the process and was clean, tidy and caused little mess even pulling my wooden floor boards up. He was Kind, trustworthy and professional throughout, couldn't have asked for more. After not having heating in my house throught winter, I finally have some warmth and at a reasonable price. Planning to use again in the future and would recommend to all family and friends or anyone needing any work done.
