We are a plumbing and heating company with over 20 years experience in the trade.
As a time served engineer I have covered every aspect of the gas industry from domestic to commercial, as well as installation and maintenance.
Our work is carried out to a very high standard using quality materials and fittings.
We cover all aspects of plumbing and heating, including natural gas, Lpg, oil, air source, ground source, underfloor heating, unvented hot water and many more.

They let me down three days running. Didn't turn up and didn't let me know. Each day I rang them to find out what had happened and was given sincere apologies and promises and a definite time when the job would be done. I rearranged my days to accommodate them. I went out especially to get the fittings in time for them on the first day but no show. They were too busy. Second day I had the tank all drained and cupboards emptied. No show. When I rang they said the van had broken down but they would definitely come the next day. I waited in and they didn't turn up and have not contacted me since. The only thing I could do was to leave a message on their phone to say leave the job. I will get someone else to do it or do it myself. Please tradesmen, understand that people go out of their way to rearrange their days and to make sure they are at home on time. If you don't turn up you have left someone wondering what has happened and whether you're just a bit late or not coming at all. The customers don't mind as long as they know.

RJA HeatingWe tried to help this lady however she wanted 2 sets of taps fitted for £40 I said we would try to get to her but we were just to busy with customers who were paying us proper rates. If you want a-1 service you have pay our standard rates I’m afraid. We probably would have lost money on this but we said we get there if we could. Shouldn’t have bothered trying!!

The job was completed within 3 hours of posting and the engineer was so helpful and professional. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a gas fitter, he was fast replying and did a really good job.
