Investigate and Fix Sewage Smell
They visited and identified the issue, then returned the next day (much later than agreed) and carried out the works. There was a minor bit to follow up which needed another visit but nothing urgent. Ray said he would return later that week but had to reschedule. They called me half an hour after they were due back to reschedule again and said they would be here next time 100%. They did not arrive. When I called I asked why they didn't let me know they couldn't make it, Ray got quite aggressive and said (I quote) 'I have more important things to do than your job. I am very busy and you are not exactly easy to get to. what is your problem? I don't need you calling me up speaking to me like this. I will call you tomorrow'. Ray did not call the next day and has still not sent the report for the work undertaken that he promised two weeks ago. I understand they are busy with emergencies and only needed to let me know if they cannot make it as we are all busy. My house sale completed today and the new owners have their own plumber so will finish the works themselves. I have given this rating based on how I was treated and spoken to.
