Rixy Plumbing & HeatingHi, this is my only review that’s ever been below 5 stars. Last time I came round (9th September) I said if it was still leaking I would change the stack pipe elbow that connects to the flexi waste pipe so if you messaged me I could of resolved this before you left a review. Unfortunately with plumbing, it is not out of the ordinary to have leaks that can be a pain to resolve however every time I have left the toilet has not been leaking and I have showed you that. I’ve come back every time within a couple days of you messaging me and I’ve also replaced a toilet seat that you was not happy with free of charge. I personally do not think the work I have done merits a 2 star review, however thank you anyway and take care.
Repair Kitchen Radiator Valve
We agreed a price and a time prior to the repair. No call out charge. Work was done in a very professional way and all works. During the installation he pointed out a small leak in the boiler area. We have a numbr of other small jobs we want him to undertake in the near future.

Repair quote for water leak
recently had a fantastic experience with Rixy Plumbing and Heating, and I wanted to share my positive experience with others. After posting a job on a job site, I was promptly contacted by Rixy Plumbing and Heating, specifically Jack. From the outset, the communication was exceptional. Jack responded almost immediately, and after explaining the issue, he requested video/images to better assess the situation. Jack's professionalism shone through as he quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a clear explanation of what was required to resolve it. What I appreciated most was the transparency in the process. Jack outlined the costs for both parts and labor, and he even went the extra mile by sending a link for me to purchase the part directly. When I decided to have Rixy Plumbing and Heating supply and fit the part, Jack accommodated my request without hesitation. On the agreed-upon date and time, Jack arrived promptly. His punctuality was a refreshing change. Throughout the job, he worked diligently, and the results were outstanding. He not only fixed the issue but also took the time to test the system thoroughly, ensuring everything was working perfectly. Beyond his technical expertise, Jack's demeanor was friendly and pleasant. His professionalism extended to his appearance, and it was clear that he takes pride in his work. In summary, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jack and Rixy Plumbing and Heating.
