End of Tenancy Flat Cleaning
I booked Ritagreen Services Ltd for an end of tenancy clean. I think the cleaner hoovered and cleaned the oven, but he didn’t clean any surfaces. Countertops were left dirty and no kitchen cupboards or drawers were cleaned at all. Mirrors and the bath were left dirty. It was as if the cleaner hadn’t understood what an end of tenancy clean requires, but the company told me he had done this kind of work before. He was a nice and polite person, but the job was very poor. The office are prompt with their communication and offered me a very small compensation fee when I complained.
