Service Worcester Combi Boiler
Cancelled first appointment but came back within a week to service my combi boiler. The fan had been running rough and there was a constant slow loss of CH pressure. Reza lubricated the fan and tightened up a slightly leaky joint in the pipework. He also cleaned out debris from the boiler. He provided a gas safety certificate. The charge was £100, agreed in advance. Paid by bank transfer. Reza is a personable guy and left everything clean and tidy. He didn't check the radiators were heating up properly, as other engineers have done, but I suppose this was not included in our 'agreed' price which related to the boiler only. Overall, generally OK with the work.
