Repair Work for Garage Conversion Issues
The job was completed adequately and everything was left tidy, but the cost was astronomical! I was never given a quote - ironic given your name. And charged a day rate so no incentive for them to complete quickly. Because of the cost and the nearly 5 weeks it took to complete I can only give 3 stars.

Renown Building & Maintenance LtdWe do not agree with the customers comments with reference to the costs charged. We had to carry out the job to put right works carried out by the last owner of this property. as the job was in a very poor state rotten timbers. Faulty wiring .and we could not give the customer a quotation. It was agreed in writing the works will be carried out on a time and materials basis. Invoices where submitted weekly with a breakdown of all costs. The works have been completed to Building regulations standard. Customer has only given us 3 stars which should have been 5 stars.
Damp Proofing Living Room Kitchen
Job completed although there was plaster left blocking holes in plug sockets and bituthene left all over brand radiator valves
