Roof leak inspection and estimate
Rob was really good, he came around to inspect the problem and next day he sorted it out. He went on to extra mile and fix all the gutter falling apart. Definitely recommend him

Attach spring to metal gate

Underpinning / Foundation
Priced too build a shed with concrete base took a £3500 deposit Only did a few hours work,and most days not turning up at all after a week of this he asked for another £2000 and saying he wasn’t going to do a concrete base but going to build it on post dug into the ground I told him I wasn’t going to give him any more money until I had saw the job proceed further I did agree to pay for some more materials but directly to the merchant He returned and dug six holes without string lines or levels and then disappeared again texting me to say he had to go on another job After looking at the work he had done it was clear that he didn’t know what he was doing and it was clear that the Finnished product was going to be a mess I told him that I decided to dispense with his services He told me that I would I couldn’t have any of my money back as I had broken the contract He broke the contract by not providing a concrete base, not doing more than 8 hours work in 8 days And what work he did do was not fit for purpose This man shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on your site I’m going to report him to trading standards

RE joinery and RoofingSteve as we discussed and you agreed to have a timber base and actually paid for the timber yourself why would you pay if that's not what we agreed? This man is a con man no wonder he lives in a million pound house. Avoid working for him at all cost he's a disgusting person
