I am upset with the lack of respect and care that was shown to me and my property by Ryan. Not only was the workmanship very shoddy, he left my home in a bad state . After my son and i spent days prepping the living room in order to get the best possible finish, we have not been left with that. I stressed to Ryan several times that it was my intention to paint all walls instead of using wallpaper and therefore I needed a very good standard of finish. Instead I have been left with uneven plastering, places where he hasn't bothered to plaster and an overall unsatisfactory job. He has offered to visit my property again to "sort it out", but I have lost all confidence in his ability and therefore do not want him to attend my home.
