I cannot say what a damage this person Dean Brightwell has done to me and my family. I wish I have never hired him. He is a liar and a scam. He always promised a short timeline he never made. Moreover, the quality of his works was absolutely poorly, there were over 30 problems with one big issue leading to a leak, the whole floorings were damaged. What is even more horrible is that he tricked me to pay him 19k for another job and then disappeared. He is not answering my phone or texts. I am taking him to court.

This tradesmen were a waste of time and not worth a penny. Dean came as very pleasant and was promising any thing and was telling let me do your complete bathroom in 3 days which it took 4 weeks and still couldn’t finish. Dean only came out once with his tradesmen and took every thing out of the bathroom and was dumping on drive and told me don’t need a skip will take it himself which didn’t happen but I ordered a skip in the end and then his tradesmen were bring rubbish from other people houses dumped in my skip? Dean took the deposit to purchase cladding and shower cubicle to start the job The cladding was very cheap the worker put the shower on and shower came off and knocked the cladding had holes everything they touched damaged. The shower cubicle has a saw cut. I waited 3 weeks to have the tiles His tiler put seven tiles and two had come off already, not even lined, complete mess he was making. Wasted 4 box of tiles which I could not use. When l told him that these tile have come off his worker took with there tools and said they not going to finish Everything they touch was a mess he wanted to put a cheap fan which didn’t agree still put in. Dean texted me that his men can’t do the work and l had my fare share of the deposits The would come in morning for 3 hours and go and do other jobs the had started. Dean good making up stories and collecting customers money and don’t finish off his quality of work is very poor and is waste of time his reviews l had read before l took him are false I trusted him coming my house it was shambles it is unacceptable and lost my 11100 money and false promises he his making customer. I have had my finger burnt by Dean and trade are not qualified as plumber or tiler They had messed everything thing and wasted all materials as well. I had to get another qualified plumber and tiler . I had to start again and purchased more materials because they had damaged it even the new toilet . I had the plumber looked at his work he had connected all the pipes wrong which the shower would have leaked everywhere. When the plumber took thing out everything was just hanging off just put the backer board not even one screw on it? They had damaged all the pipe work which the plumber had start fresh again and The tiler damaged all the tiles wasn’t using the right glue. Please keep away from these Dean tradesmen are not qualified. Dean will take your deposit and keep sending his unqualified worker which will damage the materials before even putting the on. When l tried to contact Dean he will not answer his phone he didn’t want to about the damaged goods was taking pictures of the bad which he texted back and told me that he could not see the fault which he couldn’t be bothered to talk to me on the phone but would send his unqualified worker to give the message to me. If l pointed out the fault which Dean couldn’t see himself so that makes his quality of work is not up to the basic standards . Not qualified as basic needs of plumbing?. Dean and his team are completely waste of time and money. I have never come across so poor worker. Got the tools but don’t know how to use them , use the tools to damaged The goods and material. Waste of time and money This is true review I had to put up with them for 4 weeks of very poor work I even took one week emergency leave To complete the work which was a waste of time . That week they took 3 days off saying that they got family problems and then said his van was not working. Very good at making excuses I waited four weeks to complete still left And damaged everything.

Dean and his team were amazing to work with they made it look so easy and he made sure he listened to what I wanted and got it done perfectly at a great price too. The outcome is everything and more. I definitely recommend these guys. Trying to find any job around my house for them to work on now. Thank you
