Urgent Gas Leak Repair Needed
Richard was great - responded to the enquiry quickly, and all follow-on comms were spot-on as well. Was able to quote me from my photos and came out to do the job within a few hours. Turned up when he said he would, and was friendly and professional. Recapped what he was going to do, then got on and did it. Explained everything, even gave me some advice on other related things. Showed me what he’d done and made sure I was happy before he left. All sorted in about an hour - and only 8 hours after I posted the enquiry. Even said he’d follow-up next week to make sure everything was OK. Assuming it is (and I have no reason to think it’s won’t be!), then I would definitely have him back for future jobs, as well as recommend his services to others.

Repair Gas Combi Boiler Connection
Absolutely impeccable on every count. Responded rapidly to job, quoted a reasonable call-out fee, was there when he said he would be. Friendly, explained what needed doing very clearly, got part and completed job rapidly and competently the following day. Anyone with a dog can be reassured that he’s a dog lover, so is unbothered by them and will be as nice to their dog as he was to the one I’m currently looking after. A few days on, including time away so system was switched on and off, everything working exactly as it should. Can recommend highly and without reservation.

Replace Old Radiator with New
