Flat Roof
People be aware I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Sean at Rapid Roofing Spennymoore, whilst initially the job looked fine, it was far from, when we removed the ceiling it became clear things were not as first expected, we could see part of the old roof visible, we did ask and his response was to just cut it out, also he stated due to how poor a state the joists were they needed replacing at an extra cost, again something that we could not see when ceiling had been removed. After less than a week one of the joints had lifted, evidentiary the tar had not held, we asked for him to come back and repair, we asked that he come at a time when we would be in as we wanted to check something, he decided to come earlier than requested and repaired a section that was not the issue, it then leaked again we requested he come out, but he failed on two further occasions, to the pint now we have reported him. In essence I ask people beware, don't do like we did and fall for the excuses. We feel really let down, and will now be seeking alternative arrangements for refund
