Install Cat Flap in Glass Door
After commissioning, Terry on 20th February and transferring £225 for supplies, he failed to complete this job and the last communication I had with him was 4th March after confirming the glass to fit my cat flap had been ordered and was due to be fitted between 13-15 March. On 13 March, I asked for an update but have not heard back despite phone calls, voicemails, text messages and WhatsApp messages. Terry has blocked me on all communication platforms. He never completed this job. Do not engage with him as he is unreliable and unprofessional.

Fix Washing Machine Vibration
They adjusted the washing machine legs. Vibration sounds still around, so are trying to get in touch with the manufacturers.
