Fix Dishwasher Water Tap Leak
Paul arrived to fix a tap under the sink and left having fitted thermostatic valves to the radiators, rehung a radiator, serviced the boiler and gas fire. Let him know today one of the radiators has a small leak and he offered to come back tonight straight away. Will definitely use again

Alter Pipework for Shower Installation
Spoke to Paul on the phone he offered to visit to have a look at the job with no obligations. Paul attended within 1 hour and explained what was required and gave some options and a very reasonable on the spot quotation for labour and materials. Paul popped to the suppliers for the materials and within a couple of hours the work was completed. I'm very impressed by the standard of work and the no nonsense approach. Would definitely recommend PT Plumbing & Gas.

Disconnect and reconnect gas cooker
The job was done,but exhausted having to chase the engineer up..timekeeping poor.. I will not use or recommend .

Radiator
This is the worst plumber experience I had hence I won't recommend Paul to anyone. My job is to change 4 new radiators at my house. Paul came on Nov 18th (Sat). 1) Paul arrived late in the morning instead of 9ish but kept saying it can be done by 4pm. Being overly relaxed in the morning, Paul rushed to finish the job at 8pm hence no time to check for leakage after installation and rushing to leave. 2) All 4 radiator valves were leaking that night and the nightmare started. 3) Paul agreed to come to fix it the week after but gone disappeared / non responding. After various chasing, Paul promised to come and I rearranged my work a few times to fit his schedule but he did not show up, claiming his car has broken down. 4) Paul finally came on Nov 29th but just tighten the valves which I had done already. I told him it needs to wrap flex-seal tape in the valve but Paul wasn’t willing as it needs to empty the heating system and fill up again. Unsurprisingly, it didn't work and leakage continue, albeit less, after he left. 5) After another rounds of chasing –> promising –> failing to show up, it’s now almost a month and Paul never came again while the valve leakage remains. I am giving up and will get another plumber to fix it but I have to write a fair and honest review for Paul.

P.t plumbing&gasThere was no leak after the second time I went to no leak so I just tightened just incase I'm a boiler installer I do this day in day out no leak no pressure loss all I can think is he was not happy with the money he paid I he can prove to me it was leaking I'm happy to rectify or reimburse you/him some money not a problem
