Paul arrived to fix a tap under the sink and left having fitted thermostatic valves to the radiators, rehung a radiator, serviced the boiler and gas fire. Let him know today one of the radiators has a small leak and he offered to come back tonight straight away. Will definitely use again

Paul completed the job professionally with no issues afterwards. Would be happy to have Paul again over for any further works.

Spoke to Paul on the phone he offered to visit to have a look at the job with no obligations. Paul attended within 1 hour and explained what was required and gave some options and a very reasonable on the spot quotation for labour and materials. Paul popped to the suppliers for the materials and within a couple of hours the work was completed. I'm very impressed by the standard of work and the no nonsense approach. Would definitely recommend PT Plumbing & Gas.

Fixing my dripping tap was not straight forward, but Paul stuck with it until a result was reached. Thank you.

This is the worst plumber experience I had hence I won't recommend Paul to anyone. My job is to change 4 new radiators at my house. Paul came on Nov 18th (Sat). 1) Paul arrived late in the morning instead of 9ish but kept saying it can be done by 4pm. Being overly relaxed in the morning, Paul rushed to finish the job at 8pm hence no time to check for leakage after installation and rushing to leave. 2) All 4 radiator valves were leaking that night and the nightmare started. 3) Paul agreed to come to fix it the week after but gone disappeared / non responding. After various chasing, Paul promised to come and I rearranged my work a few times to fit his schedule but he did not show up, claiming his car has broken down. 4) Paul finally came on Nov 29th but just tighten the valves which I had done already. I told him it needs to wrap flex-seal tape in the valve but Paul wasn’t willing as it needs to empty the heating system and fill up again. Unsurprisingly, it didn't work and leakage continue, albeit less, after he left. 5) After another rounds of chasing –> promising –> failing to show up, it’s now almost a month and Paul never came again while the valve leakage remains. I am giving up and will get another plumber to fix it but I have to write a fair and honest review for Paul.

Unfortunately the the job itself turned out to be a poor execution. I had wanted to try and rearrange the time for that day as it woukd of been better not to had rushed the appointment. But I was informed that the worker had another appointment and for me I would be charged an £120 call out, so I went ahead for the job to take place as the call out would have ended being a bit more than the actual cost of the works. The sealing around the bath was awful and extremely untidy, it started to come away straightaway. The grouting of the tiles on the floor was poor. I think the worker could of slightly rearranged the time it was not that I was cancelling the appointment just changing the time, slightly but the worker said I would be charged a call out by him. My son who has autism was at home and needed to use the bathroom, I explained this but as I mentioned above the worker stated I would be charged a call out fee, even for changing the time slightly for later that afternoon. Not Good

Unfortunately cannot recommend due to poor communication and total lack of urgency in correcting a leak that they had left us with. Initial contact seemed positive and the replacement of two kitchen mixer taps seemed to go quite smoothly. However shortly after he left, we noticed a drip from the newly fitted isolation valve. I'm sure this sometimes happens and people have to come back to correct. However after saying he'd come back there was then a period of 2 days of not responding to calls or texts. At the end of which he then said he would come at an arranged time but didn't show. All the while we had a drip which was bad enough for us to have to turn off the water to the whole house.
