Roof Repair
Stephen showed up on time, with all of the items required to carry out a survey of my roof repair. He then returned (again on time) and completed the work exactly as requested and at a lower price than he had previously estimated. Stephen was knowledgeable, courteous and polite in all of the dealings that I had with him and he will be the first person that I call if I ever need any work doing on my roof in the future.

Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Job was for a gutter clean and repair. Was shown pictures of the gutters cleaned and supposedly repaired but as soon as it rained they were leaking just as badly. Phoned to get the guys back and was told several times they would come out to have another look but he never showed up and blocked my number.

on site next day and gave immediate quote after checking requirement evidencing same with pictures. completed work the next day again evidencing with pictures.

Refelting
Quick quote. Fully explained options. Repair done when said. Cleaned after the job. Only one quible. I am just 5ft 2 and the had taken down my clothes line and then put it up. Too high ! No problem. Lowered it . Not a serious issue !Happy with the job done and would recommend them highly.

Leadwork
Steven was very helpful in explaining what the job entailed. The job wasn’t done on the day he specified due to terrible weather condition. He kept me informed every step of the way. Very nice man to work with.

Chimney Building / Repair
Arrived promptly and moved items I was unable to and replaced them on completion of work. Although we could not see the outside work on the chimney,it would appear from the photos he took,that a thorough job has been done.

Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Steve from SW Roofing presented a very trustworthy and reassuring manner from the get go. He provided what I thought was a very realistic quotation which I went with. The work was carried out on time and to a great standing. All correspondence, including 12 month guarantee was emailed out to me on completion of work. Not sure what else I could have asked for. Thoroughly recommend SW Roofing
