Ryan was great both of the days that he carried out he was punctual very professional, and did a great job of everything that needed doing and went out of his way to do a few extra bits for me too. I would deafinetly recommend him and from now on use him in the future for any other work that needs to be carried out.

Ryan came to quote when he said he would and was very polite and explained the process to me and gave me options! He arrived to do the job and worked for two full days to get it finished! He did an amazing job building , fitting and painting my garage doors. He also offered to paint some of the house to match the doors! *We initially hired this builder for what seemed like simple tasks, but the project gradually turned into a larger renovation. Unfortunately, the experience was marked by poor or nonexistent communication (sometimes weeks without any contact) and constant delays, which appeared to be caused by the builder’s lack of motivation and disinterest in the job.* *The builder expressed frustration when we suggested bringing in others to complete some of the work, such as painting, due to the delays. Despite these ongoing issues, he repeatedly promised completion dates that were never met.* *On several occasions, we came to the house to find that the builder was not there, leaving others to work on the project without his oversight. As a result, much of the work was done poorly. For example, the doors were damaged, and the laminate flooring downstairs was ruined due to not allowing for expansion.* *While he was eager to take a 50% deposit for the initial work, we feel that our trust and patience were taken advantage of. Work started in January, and although we wanted to wait until the renovation was complete before leaving a review, the builder pressured us to submit one early, claiming it would expire. After the review was written, his communication became even worse. We also speculate that he took on other jobs during the time he was supposed to be focused on our project.* *It has now been 10 months, and the work is still not complete. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing.*

Ryan visited us to install a worktop in the utility area, from the point of contact its been professional and pleasant. Ryan is a very professional tradesman who was prompt and his experience and time has been very valuable. The price was within the market valuation and going through his previous work speaks for itself and provides quality workmanship. Ryan has done a brilliant job and very thorough what he will carry out, left the job clean and tidy. We will definitely consider Ryan for future jobs going forward. Massive thank you once again!

Absolutely fantastic service. Ryan arrived on time, kept me regularly updated in the build up to the job and was very polite and well spoken throughout. The work was carried out to an impeccable standard and he gave great advice on next steps to take in regard to future works that I am looking to carry out. He was very respectful of my home ( used protective footwear when walking on carpets etc. I would 100% recommend for anyone looking to have work done and can confidently say I will be asking him to come back and work on other areas of my property in the future . 10/10 thank you Ryan!
