Alex was first class, he responded quickly. He diagnosed the problem very quickly - however we didn’t know where the heating valves were ( recently moved in) they were nowhere logical. As a result Alex provided an override to allow us to have hearing - so grateful as the weather was freezing. With help from a neighbour- located the valves - buried under the wooden floor in a cupboard Alex advised us on replacement valuable and even locates the cheapest and quickest delivery All of this for 1 hour labour. He arranged to come back within a day to fit new valves. Thank you Alex.

Very polite and through tradesmen. Went over and above what was asked for. Tried to fix and repair toilet to try and keep costs down But eventually parts have be replaced. Will definitely keep his details and use him again.

Alex came out at very short notice to review the job and advised what needed to be done and even showed the parts required for the job. When the parts arrived, he came the following day and fixed the issue. He even managed to increase the temperature further by fixing a valve under the bath at no charge. Great experience, proud of his work and an overall good guy. I’ll be keeping his number for future work! Cheers for making a look down a bit more manageable– nothing worse than a cold shower!
