Ben did a really great job with papering our lounge and communicated well with us. Was very friendly, punctual and reliable. We will be using him again for other decorating jobs in the future.

Internal Painting & Decorating
Asked for 8 doors to be glossed and stair walls to be painted. Already decorating the rest of our house myself but knew id struggle with painting the stair walls and door glossing. Was quoted £450. Only 7 doors glossed but no reductionin price. Alot of areas only undercoated and some areas missed completely on walls AND doors. Used a grey spray gloss for doors that missed some areas but got on my already painted white walls, also got gloss on my vinyl flooring which he did not clean off. Texted Ben to ask him to fix where he'd made a mess on my walls and floors and to sort out where he'd missed and the paint had not covered before Christmas. He said he would but he hasn't turned up or even contacted me to arrange. So now £450 quid down, had to buy more paint ourselves to repaint our already painted white walls where he'd messed up. Also had to paint my ceilings in my hallway and upstairs bathroom because he'd got grey gloss from the spray on them. Had to try to get the gloss off the vinyl myself. Extremely disappointed as paid a professional so it would look better then doing it myself but In all honesty think I could of actually done a better job. Didn't want to leave a poor review because was a nice lad. Wanted to give him the opportunity to fix things but feel he's had his money and doesn't really care that he made such a bad job of it. Was worrying while he was doing the job but I was busy decorating other rooms myself and so just trusted him and the process. It's only when he left I inspected the work and saw how bad it was. Extremely upset and disappointed the job wasn't done to professional standards, or that after giving Ben the opportunity to correct it he hasn't done. Such a shame.

Primos painting sevicesThere was a few issues with this job I can’t believe this review has been Posted the customers where very nice making me brews ect There was no mention about work they was not happy about! The materials for this job was really expensive costing me over £100 Val-spar custom mix paint Zinsser bin primer Lots of kip tape There was no money in this job for me at all Not only that a few days in they where moving 3 bedrooms of stuff around for the carpet fitter who damage my work a lot I did not charge them for this then they ask Me to do bits of other work for no extra Cost bearing in mind the day before the job They were biding me down saying I have had a quote for cheaper! And then They they tried to join in and starting messing with my work I should of walked away at that point but I try to be as helpful as I can for customers No doubt the painting I had done was damaged by the customers moving wardrobes beds ect The doors when I left them where very nice And they are some photos on my profile Some peoples expectations for work do not match there budget and try to get as much work out of the trades men Unfortunately this job ended like this
