Repair Guttering and Fascia Board
Quoted. Turned up and almost immediately identified further issues and the price tripled. In fairness this included some additional work. However they invoiced for work that was not done (and agreed to a deduction for this, left a mess hidden between the house and a shed for me to clear up, one of their team sat in a van almost continuously through the time on site and his only contribution appeared to be breaking up the old guttering on the middle of the lawn leaving fragments of broken plastic which I am still trying to get rid of. They also identified repeatedly other works that they claim are necessary. Having taken a second opinion I am advised they are not necessary or essential.

price wise constructionunfortunately some customers are very hard to please this guy was out watching my guys constantly making them feel uncomfortable we have photographic evidence to confirm the fascia and felt system was completely rotten so this guy is a liar and a very rude person hard to please ps my employees are aloud to have a lunch break as it’s human rights
