They made appointment to come and view the job but never turned up. I got no courtesy call to tell me they weren't coming. I've got no reply to my follow up call. Not good enough.

He did a good job and he was reasonably priced but he never come back to finish a problem that I had with the closing of the door so I had to get somebody else to do it otherwise I would have given him.
