We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced self-employed Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a damp proofing specialist and have their own van. As a reliable and motivated professional, you will be able to work independently and efficiently, ensuring the highest quality of work on all projects.
Responsibilities:
* Applying plaster to walls and ceilings, ensuring a smooth and level finish
* Performing damp proofing treatments and repairs as needed.
* Ensuring all work is completed within specified timeframes and budgets
* Complying with health and safety regulations at all times
* Maintaining a clean and organized work area
* Providing excellent customer service and communication
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a plasterer, with a focus on damp proofing treatments
* Valid driver's license and own van
* Self-employed status
* Ability to work independently and manage own workload
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility to work on various projects and travel as needed
