John arrived on time and was polite. He asked me about the job and discussed everything with me. The job was fitting a kitchen tap and an outside tap. The price was reasonable. He took me through the finished job before I transferred the payment. I received a full receipt via email which included a guarantee. The job was a small job and it went to as I thought it would.
