Joe was phenomenal from the offset, he first had the time to listen and fully understand what left me in the situation which had multiple variables which included an extremely bad interaction with British Gas. He was then not only able to deliver on the ask with speed, better components/parts than British Gas were supplying but was also able to provide a much better ongoing service on parts, labour, yearly service and certificate cover than British Gas. Joe maintained regular contact, supplying updates, pictures and advice as well as options from start to delivery. Very highly recommend Joe and PrimeMechSolutions and not to fall victim to the usual big 6 companies quotes and scare mongering to get the job done through them. Service Commercial Gas Boiler
They came out the same afternoon, at the time they said, and completed the job, including replacing parts. They returned the next day to drop off a replacement carbon monoxide alarm.

Repair Dishwasher Not Draining Properly
Joseph was Excellent! Amazing lad who helped us with our blocked dishwasher after my partner put washing liquid by accident. He did it in a very inconvenient hour so very big props to him! Will definitely use him in the future! 10/10
