Flat Pack Furniture Assembly

Floor Tiling
Paul is not a good tiler. Half of the floor tiles were uneven (not level at all). We bought expensive tiles and he ruined them. Wasted quite a few. Then he did pull some off to make the flooring even. Still did not use self levelling compound or enough adhesive. Quite a few still not even and couple are loose now in 2 days. Moreover he is not answering my texts. Called numerous times and it goes to voice mail (99.9% sure he has blocked my number. We treated him with respect but he ain’t any professional tradesman more like a cowboy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Leadwork
Paul came round within an hour after great communication to arrange a time. What I thought needed completely replacing actually only needed a quick repair and paint touch up which Paul told me how to do and where to go to do it. Really appreciated his honesty and advising it was something I could actually sort myself. Definitely recommend 👍

Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
I am sure the guttering has been repaired , but it has not rained since ,so at this stage I cannot give an Excellent review report .
