Patrick Cawley was very responsive when quoting and in the lead up to the work to check and make watertight my zinc roof. With continued heavy rain, the water stain on my ceiling has continued to grow so I have tried to contact him to return to make a second check of the specific roof area, which I don't think is unreasonable. However, he does not now respond to me via WhatsApp, mobile or email. Whatever the source of the water ingress when I eventually find it, it is disappointing that this trader seems to wash his hands of his work once paid and I now find myself having to find and pay another trader.
