Servicing a Gas Combi Boiler
Dave was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through my options after my boiler was deemed unsafe to use and instead of having it repaired, I went for a new boiler to be installed. Was very quick to find a new boiler at the best price and get it installed as soon as he could. Communication leading up to doing the job date was excellent with reminders and up to date ETAs. Would highly recommend. Will definitely use again in the future.

Fix Non-Working Bathroom Radiator
I'm really pleased with the service Dave provided. Communication leading up to job date was excellent with reminders and up to date ETA. He was extremely polite and conscious about keeping things clean and tidy and he fixed the radiator problem in no time at all, explaining clearly what the problem was so that we avoid it happening again. I cannot recommend Dave and his company enough and should we need plumbing services again, we will not hesitate in contacting him.

Flush and Repair Radiator System
Platinum heating send me a really nice polite and very clean gentleman Dave, came in on time and did an excellent job on my radiators and fixed my outside tap as well without any problems He gets 10/10 from me.

Dave was great! Very friendly guy, who did the job I needed doing. He was very respectful of my house and left the area he worked cleaner than when he started! Would highly recommend. Will have Dave back to do work in the future!
