Install New Rooflight in Bungalow
Sam responded to the ad. Turned up an hour later. Told me he was local and lived in Leighton buzzard. He assured me that he knew how to Install a Sunlux roof window. Different to Velux. He gave me a reasonable price. Within days the window started leaking into the room. Damaging the new insulated plasterboard ceiling and wall. Contacted him. He said he was in Manchester for a wedding and he would be back at the clients to sort the problem 100%. Four text messages later and zero response whatsoever. Further to this, the window installation comes under building control. The inspector failed the quality of the installation. No structural support even though all materials supplied. No felt around the window to stop water ingress. Clients are now faced with a bill of over £850 to have the entire installation removed and replaced properly. Unfortunatly The client paid him £400 cash in hand. We gave him the job based on the three reviews on this site which were favourable. The client is now looking at legal Action to recover costs. They gave him the chance to return the money, but had no response. Client has photos of him on their roof, when the whole installation could have been done from inside the room. Which was explained at the time.

Repair Ridge and Gable End on Roof
The company and manager Sam was so polite. Explained what he was doing. Kept in touch all the time. The job was done on time and to an excellent standard. Everything was cleaned away that you would never have known the compamy had been there. All his colleagues were very pleasant and well mannered as well. I would never hesitate to use them again if need be.

Fix Water Pooling on Flat Roof
