Bathroom Extension Wall Rendering
First time using a tradesman that wasn’t recommended by a friend etc! I’m so glad I did, Saul and Toby were fantastic. I needed some rendering doing in order to sell my house so I needed it done ASAP. I was contacted by performance plastering and within one month the work was complete. The work looks outstanding. I was kept up to date with all the progress and what stages they were at during the week. The guys respected my property, tidied the garden at the end of each day, all waste was taken away and they even hosed the patio down. All in all a very positive experience and I would highly recommend to anyone needing any external/internal work doing. Thank you again Performance Plastering it was a pleasure.

Cement Render Finish for New Extension
Saul is a smashing fella! He turns up when arranged, and will always call to let you know what time he will arrive. He rendered the outside of our house and has made a cracking job. Could not recommend him enough.

Repair Skewed Beads and Skimming

Remove or Skim Artex Ceiling
Saul was friendly and easy to communicate with right from the start, responding to messages and calls swiftly which makes such a difference when you're under the cosh as I have been!! He did a good job on my ceiling removing the Artex ice cream swirls. We had a bit of confusion around how much to plaster around the light fitting because I was replacing the light but I didn't clarify that I was replacing it with a smaller fitting. No one's fault, just 1 of those things. He was quick to respond and travel back the next day at no extra charge to sort it all out which I reallly appreciated and which was a huge relief. Pretty good clearing up but have a decent hoover and sponge at hand for the bits that get away. Thank you Saul.
