Skim Plastering for 1 Room
Greg got us out of a bit of a pickle to be honest. On the day he came to quote the roof had started to leak in the room that had been boarded out. So, he actually was incredibly helpful in identifying the issue, unscrewing (and saving the boards). That was before we'd even talked about the plastering! We'd had a handy man do the boarding out of the room (a bad move by us) so there was some tricky things to fix and make good by Greg, which he's done brilliantly. He was also kind enough to fix the leaky roof for us too and save us getting another trade in to do it. It's poured with rain since, so he managed to fix that too. In terms of price, Greg was spot on (I'd ratified the price with a friend of mine who is a plasterer but couldn't do the job) and Greg quoted the same. The price did increase due to the amount of mix needed, as a result of the boarding out being poor by the handyman. We'd certainly have Greg back to finish off the walls when we finally find a door we're happy with. We also liked having Greg around the house for the days he was with us. We hope he enjoyed it too.

Plaster Skimming
Greg did a great job putting a skim over a horrible old 70s style swirly pattern ceiling in my living room. He said himself that the ceiling was quite difficult to work with because of the state it was in so I was extremely grateful he overcame those difficulties very professionally and did a fabulous job.

Fast response and virtually came straight away. Sensibly priced and did a fantastic job. Despite some awkward parts in the room, he dealt with them beautifully. Very friendly and consciences of property and family members. Highly recommend him.
