    We had several roof leaks, including above porch, from balcony and also on a flat roof after having an ac fitted. We tried several roofers but none managed to stop the rain from coming in. We wanted permanent rather than temporary fixes. We appointed Shammi who inspected the issues and understood the root cause. He fitted a new layer of felt. It looks good but more importantly it has kept the rain out. Also the work came with guarantee where they will come back if there are any further issues. Would recommend this trades person.

    Perfect design and build did a great job to renovate our new bathroom .from the first visit to plan our new bathroom they were reliable,efficient and friendly . They completed the work on schedule and kept me updated throughout the project .im really very happy with the finished result . Wonderful service,highly recommend
