Hi, Paul was hired to pain the UPVC main door both sides along with the fixtures. Although Paul completed the work in 1 day (March 23) and got paid in full, I could see lot of imperfections and smudge marks in the inside of the door which was pointed out to Paul the same day. Paul ensured that he would return back that week as he had run out of paint and resolve the issues. I have messaged him many times, sent reminders and he has been giving excuses, and now I have run out of patience. It has been over 4 months since the work was 80% done and Paul has never returned to finish the job. Excuses have been off sick, heart problem, etc and I have had to chase him several times, but in vain. I would never hire Paul Woodward's services in the future and would advise others to stay away from this business as he cannot be relied upon to complete the job. I now have to sand and re-paint the smudge marks myself.
