Garage Conversion
The builder has not finished our garage conversion. We are in the 11th week of a 2 week job. We have had no progress (and no windows) for 9 weeks. The house is cold and not fully secure. The builder is ignoring all forms of communication. Unfortunately we have paid most of the fee. We would not recommend going with P3 Developments Ltd. We will be looking for new builders to complete the work, and hope they don't identify any issues. We have since had other builders in addition to Building Control review the incomplete work. Essentially it is looking like they will need to take everything down and restart the job as very little meets building standards (such as poor work and incorrect insulation or materials). This is really upsetting and will cost us a lot of money. I would advise anyone to avoid this 'builder'.
