General Maintenance
Hi, I needed a small shed 3x4 dismantled and a 4x6 shed built, a very heavy mirror hung on the wall, a radiator hung on the wall, and two ceiling lights replaced. I advertised this work on My job quote and John replied the same day it was advertised, we arranged for him to come and view the work the next day. He was on time and we discussed what needed to be done, he sent me a quote later that day which I agreed with and we arranged a day for him to carry out the work the same week. He arrived on time and never stopped working the full day he was here, every job he was asked to do looks amazing. He also dismantled my small shed carefully so that I can sell it on. I would definitely recommend JR Joiners and Builder's you will not be disappointed with the work or the price.

Internal Walls
Ion and Romario carried out a full renovation of my 3 bedroom house. Reconverted the top floor by buidling a new corridor with a high quality new stud wall. The upstairs floor was then insulated and new plasterboard sheets installed in all the rooms and ceilings. The kitchen and utility room were also renewed. All in all the service was excellent and Ion and Romario went above and beyond what I had asked them. In addition they always advised me against spending money where it wasn't needed which allowed me save a few thousand pounds. While renewing the utility room we found that the roof was collapsing and it had to be replaced. This wasn't a problem at all for them and they did an sterling job at replacing it. Another issue we found during the renovation was a damaged external wall to which again they fixed doing an amazing job including the rendering afterwards. All in all I consider myself really lucky having found these two tradesmen. Not only they removed a lot of stress from the project by all the recommendations and advice they provided me but also as I mentioned earlier helped me managing my expenses. I will shortly be asking them to come and fit all the external doors and soon to renovate my sun room and turn it into a proper conservatory for which I have already received a quote. These two gentlemen will be the builders I contact in the future whenever I need anything else done.
