Ben was thorough in his assessment of the work required and arranged a date to complete the work. On the day, Ben was considerate with everything he did - from keeping me informed of work to tidying up afterwards and plastering a small hole left from the new light fitting. Because of an issue with the light fittings in the bathroom, Ben arranged to come back the next day and complete the jobs. As a result of not using all the quoted items, the actual cost was reduced and I really appreciated this level of honesty on completion of the works. I could tell that Ben takes pride in his work and the level of service, honesty and work updates really gave me confidence again after a previous bad experience from another electrician. I will be a returning customer in the future. Many thanks!
