This was the first person to reply to my post and his estimate was fine and within my budget. Very polite and presentable young man came to change a kitchen light fitting. Straightforward job done quickly and efficiently with no problem whatsoever. My only criticism would be he wasn't wearing any PPE and, for his own benefit as well as customers, this is something he should give attention to. I didn't think about it at the time, so it may be he would have been able to address it if asked.
