    I have been doing work on many different projects, this includes painting and decorating rental properties and general tidy up after clients have new tenants into the property. I have helped to manage a small portfolio of properties for a private client for 10 years. This includes fitting new Cabernets and drawers in kitchens. New tiles in kitchens and bathrooms. I have painted whole houses and managed plumbers and electrician on site while finishing off properties to be rented out. I have the skill to manage my time efficiently and always complete my jobs to a high standard.
