Keanu was very approachable and proved to be an active listener. He took the time to address my concerns about the plumbing work had come to do. He showed no worries with me asking questions and watching him whilst he worked. He took the time to talk me through what he was doing and why. The valve for one of my toilet’s had been discontinued but Keanu found a Website and showed me where to order it from. He also gave me a demonstration on how to replace the valve when it arrived - if I felt able to. He also assured me that I could contact him for further assistance if ever needed. I found his approach extremely empowering. His pricing was fair and within the range that we had discussed. Based on my experience today I would recommend Keanu’s services to others.
