Fix Water Leakage in Top Floor
Nuaj Construction promptly responded to our quote request and even came the following day to assess the work needed. Besim recorded a video to illustrate and explain the extent of the issues with the window and the resulting damage inside the bathroom wall, offering various options for addressing the situation. Impressively, he began working on the project before formally providing the quote, taking immediate action to ensure the area was safe by climbing up the ladder to start the groundwork. Once we agreed on the quoted price, the project commenced swiftly. Throughout the process, Besim and Miguel remained polite, helpful, and respectful, making a concerted effort to keep their work neat and tidy as they moved through our home, addressing every need outlined in the quote. The work was completed to an outstanding standard in just 6.5 days, as Besim had initially promised. Additionally, Besim took it upon himself to carry out a few extra tasks for us without any additional charges beyond the original quote, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Given our prior negative experiences with other contractors, I would undoubtedly consider using Nuaj Construction again. I highly recommend this company, as they will always be our first choice for any future projects. Thank you for your professionalism and exceptional work ethic.
