Contractor fixed leak but with the first rain it came apparent gutter is leaking again. I contacted contractor and asked if he could come back and fix it. He missed appointment and after that he stopped answering texts and calls.

Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Responded promptly to job request, identified all the work needed, clear about charges and available to carry out work straight away. Work done seems ok but it took a long time to deliver receipt for payment.

roof still leaking no invoice provided for work done brick work a mess wouldn’t come back out to repair took money and ran basically

Chimney Building / Repair
Came out and fitted a replacement cowl promptly. Only took 10 minutes, though when pressed as to what cowl had been installed, was very vague, and it looks like it was a very basic wire bird protector cowl.
