I got work carried out on my property on the Monday 14th October to re-set my guttering. Due to me being at work, he assured my Wife verbally and I over a text message that the work was complete and fixed. Quoted £120 , Charged £300 - Paid £200 cash, £100 bank transfer. The next lot of rain, my neighbour caught the same problem on video, guttering no change. Contacted him gain on the 20th October, he said he was coming to repair on Tuesday 22nd October, then he changed it to Thursday Morning. Said he was going to be there for 12pm, no show again. Asked the Son in-law to be there for my wife because she had just lost her Father. My son in-law attended my property, waited 6 hours for him to still not turn up on Friday the 25th October. This bloke took advantage of my wife when she was looking after her father in our home, we trusted him to carry out the work unsupervised.

The worker was very helpful and knowledgeable

Initially, the service was OK. William explained and quoted the work required. Providing updates during the job, however I wasn't happy when he'd finished for the day leaving my property dirty. Cement etc left on roof, dirt left up walls and windows. He returned to what we thought was a finished job. However, on inspection, I noticed the mesh surrounds on the solar panels were not done correctly and birds were caged in underneath, unable to get out. William reluctantly returned to observe this and left stating colleagues of his would come to address the situation, needless to say they did not. William assured me he would arrive at my property the following day for 7am to amend the problem, but did not arrive till after 11am. He confirmed the birds had been removed. 24 hours later, birds returned and still nesting under the solar panels. The mesh aha not been attached correctly and gaps all over. Another attempt to contact William via WhatsApp. He's read the message and is now offline and unable to get in contact with. Our neighbours also used him for work to their roof. They too have made efforts to contact William as they require errors addressed but like myself, can't get in touch. Neither myself or our neighbours have received our invoices following payment despite a number of requests. We will be raising this and seeking further advice.

The guy was excellent, offered sound recommendations and completed the work in good time. Would definatley recommend

Repair was unacceptable I had to get another company in to put it right

Damaged my bathroom ceiling above where they completed work, been chasing them up for 16 days now. Said they wouldn't come out on three separate occasions and never turned up. Since completing the repairs I now have water coming though the ceiling of another room as they haven't fitted the roof tiles properly. Avoid using these, they ignore messages for days on end. Awful service for start to finish. I now have to get someone else out to fix my roof and ceiling. Will be speaking to a solicitor

William is BRILLIANT, I can't fault him, he explained what he was going to do, why he was going to do it, how he was going to do it. I will be having other jobs to be done in the future and certainly won't hesitate to contact William again
