Install Power Shower and Bathroom Fixtures
The work on the shower was satisfactory but the toilet was left with leaks which Nick has not repaired properly. He has been back once but the toilet still leaks. I have tried to contact him lots of times to no avail. I will be contacting Trading Standards because he has been paid in full but has not completed the repair. I now have had to contact Seven Trent to send a replacement plumber to repair the toilet left by Nick. I’m very disappointed with this company and I’ve found him overall very unreliable.

We apologize that we did not get back to you before you went on holiday to attend to the little leak on the toilet. I can see you have been trying to contact me when you returned from your holiday. Unfortunately i have been away for the bank holiday. And returned back to work today. Read your messages and also received this complaint. Hence me not returning your messages. We both agreed that you were very pleased with your installation. It's a shame it's come to this over a simple toilet repair. We have no problem at all in returning to your property to get this little issue sorted for you at no extra cost. Please do get in touch if you still require myself or one of the team to attend. Install Downstairs Toilet and Refurbish Bathroom
Posted job to install toilet & sink under stairs. Several delays getting work completed, understand these things can happen so not marked down for this. Pipework left exposed, plasterboard not painted, solder not cleaned off surfaces. Shower broke during installation (was advised due to the water having been turned off), 1st attempt to fix leak & it was left leaking and wet under bath overnight, 2nd attempt area dried out but washer left damaged so it still didn't work. They offered to return but gave up and asked someone else, took 5 mins for someone else to fix it. Will need to spend time & money cleaning up the room to a reasonable standard. 2 stars given as toilet & sink seem to have been plumbed in correctly
