Install Downstairs Toilet and Refurbish Bathroom
Posted job to install toilet & sink under stairs. Several delays getting work completed, understand these things can happen so not marked down for this. Pipework left exposed, plasterboard not painted, solder not cleaned off surfaces. Shower broke during installation (was advised due to the water having been turned off), 1st attempt to fix leak & it was left leaking and wet under bath overnight, 2nd attempt area dried out but washer left damaged so it still didn't work. They offered to return but gave up and asked someone else, took 5 mins for someone else to fix it. Will need to spend time & money cleaning up the room to a reasonable standard. 2 stars given as toilet & sink seem to have been plumbed in correctly

Replace Two Old Lounge Radiators
Both Nick and his colleague were quick and efficient. Plus they cleaned up once the job was completed.

Replace Lever and Basin Taps
Arrived on time to fit around our busy patient schedule, was unable to complete all of the work on the first visit due to additional complications in the pipework but arranged a time and day, again fitting around our patient schedules, to come back and complete the work. Clear explanation of work carried out and the reasons for the complications. Would thoroughly recommend.
