Patio Door Lock Repair
Prompt response and booking. We felt we had to keep asking for pricing for the job as things changed during the job due to a service being carried out on top of the initial quote. Better communication between everyone would have helped this experience. Both men carrying out the job were considerate ,polite and left the area clean.

Replace front door lock and barrel
They were good professional and arrived on time worked through the job thoroughly… they were polite and offered alternative choices when it came to choosing a lock.. there was a slight language barrier but nothing that couldn’t get worked through. I was over all pleased with the service received and yes I would use them again. The only complaint I had was the labour price varied from what I was told over the phone I didn’t like that. Had that stated the wage they would have received a 5/5 rating
