Andy arrived on time and fitted the fan as quoted. When I looked at the job after he had left I noticed that the cover outside had been broken when he was fitting it. To my horror, when I took the cover off to replace it, he had left the pipe from the back of the fan disconnected from the outlet cover, this meant that all of the moist air from our shower would be fed into the wall cavity. The outside cover was held in by only two of the four screws and he had bodged the inside fan on as well. Today I have had to go and buy the correct ducting and sort this out myself. If I had left this how it was the wall cavity in my house would have become damp causing thousands of pounds worth of damage.
