Gas Fire
Dean was friendly and knowledgable. Took care of disconnecting our gas fireplace and capping off the pipeline, and also assisted us hunting down out water main! Talked through options and solutions for what needed to be done in a way that I could understand! Glad to have him on our books

Shower Fitting
Fantastic service from quote to completion of the work. Dean took time to thoroughly assess the situation (shower leak with damage to ceiling below) and to outline every step - there was no vagueness or jargon, he explained professionally, clearly and honestly. The work was completed efficiently and effectively - a major relief since this had been a recurring problem which three former tradespeople had not been able to fix). The workmanship and service were professional, high quality and overall excellent- I would definitely use them again and highly recommend without any hesitation.

Gas Boiler
I have been doing work on my home for over 18 months and had many different trades and quotes. My Local Specialist Ltd by far provided the best quote, not the cheapest but the best in terms of what they would do. Professionalism was so good I was actually a bit shocked compared to other traders. Nothing, and I mean nothing was too much. I think I have OCD because even the smallest misalignment with the tiling that I pointed out was quickly rectified without any trouble. I even asked for certain finishes that were not part of the quote and again no trouble whatsoever. My excellent is not totally about the workmanship but excellent professionalism from start to finish. Not all trades are the same and MLS Ltd proved that.
