Jermaine has now completed very competently my EIRC on 6 of my properties. He is very knowledgeable and spent a lot of his time putting defective electrical work carried out by others to a high standard at very reasonable costs. He is polite, courteous and reliable and prepared to travel a distance as lives in Southsea and carried out work in the Southampton area. The feedback from tenants was good stating Jermaine knows what he is talking about. The price he quoted is what was paid which was good and an honest guy and very likeable and left all jobs tidy. Would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone.

Unfortunately Mr Munroe Did Not Turn Up on the Day he was supposed to. He did Not Try to Re-Arrange the Appointment Neither. We wasted 3 Days Time as a Result.
