Replace Old Fusebox for Shower
We scheduled an appointment to change a fuse box two weeks in advance. The day before, I messaged to confirm the appointment, and we agreed on the time and date. Later, he postponed the appointment by an hour, which I accepted. The next day, the appointment time came and went without any message or call. At 11 AM, I messaged to ask if he was running late and was told that I had canceled the appointment. I responded that I hadn't canceled it, and he sent a screenshot of someone else's conversation canceling their appointment. I showed him our text conversation with a different address, and he apologized, saying he would sort it out and contact me later. I haven't heard from him since, despite providing other available days. Because he didn't show up, we had to cancel our kitchen fitters and now need to find someone else for both the fuse box and kitchen fit, as the kitchen fitters had other projects the following week. It has been a complete disaster.

Outdoor Plug Socket Installation
M. T. Electrical (Mike) Was on time and he was polite, friendly and very efficient he did a good job and was quick and tidy he took 40 minutes and I would recommend them to anyone I know

Fit EV charger in detached garage
Mick arrived, agreed job, price and start date, on the day he cancelled due to personnel issues then rearranged for following week, he did not show up, no reply to texts and did not answer phone, absolute waste of time and money as he told me to buy the EV charger and I placed order for EV car which cant be charged at home till this is fitted by someone else.
