Replace Gas Hob with New Model
Good communication and Mike was helpful in selecting the correct replacement hob. He came back quickly to address an issue I've spotted after installation and I'm happy with the completed job. 4/5 as not arrived on time and I needed to call to check if he is still coming 30 min after the agreed time.

Fix Heating and Hot Water Issue
He was pleasant, efficient and cleaned up afterwards and the problem seems to be fixed but I do think it was rather pricey as he said he would be here for two to three hours but it was only a fraction of that. So his labour charge must be rather high

MSG Plumbing LTDCost was based on the job and materials etc. We agreed a price after my first visit and you questioned it . I did say if you're not happy with my quote then I don't mind holding back so you could get quotes from elsewhere but you said you were happy to proceed. I said the job would take a couple of hours I was there about 1 1/2 hours ........
Replace Old Radiators with New
Very professional, arrived on time, nothing was to much trouble had to go out to get parts in order to fit radiators to wall securely, also had to make adjustments to pipework. Radiators and fittings all look excellent, would definitely recommend him without hesitation
